A bouquet balloons and sign from Oasis International Ministries welcomes the Arazem family to their apartment inside a duplex in Affton, a suburb of St. Louis, on Monday, Dec. 6, 2021. After three and half weeks at two different hotels, the family was finally placed in a their housing. As part of the refugee relocation procedure, the US Government pays the first three months of rent and utilities.
