"When we drove through the park, I saw the cherry trees and I knew that was the spot," said Meghan Jones of Manchester, who sprawled out on a blanket with her children along with some children she babysits for a springtime picnic lunch on Tuesday, April 17, 2018, in Tower Grove Park. Jones homeschools her children. They spent the morning exploring the Missouri Botanical Gardens.
